Coach Highlight – Marcus Faccini

CM: Why did you enter TCE? And/or, what did you want to get out of it?

MF: I entered the 2023 Transformative Coaching Essentials program after recognizing and accepting that how I was leading my life was not giving me what I wanted. After the value I received in having a coach, I believed that coach training might give me what I wanted.

CM: What is the most valuable thing you got out of TCE?

MF: The most valuable thing for me was learning about my “why.” Why I was not happy with the life I was leading. Why I was entering the program, why I wanted new possibilities, why making new discoveries about myself was so important to me. What I attained was clarity about what was not benefiting me and the ways that I wanted to, and could, improve in order to help myself and others.

CM: Did your reasons for entering the program change through the program?

MF: Each week my reasons became more clear, they gained more content; and most importantly the challenge each week provided, kept me focused on what I wanted.

What I got was clarity in why I entered the program and how I wanted to live my life; and how to get that. And knowing I had to do the work to get where I want to be, what that work was, and the value of coaching and being coached in getting what I wanted.

CM: What are you doing now with your coaching education?

MF: I am currently working on my certification as an acting coach. I believe in what coaching does for people so I am also being Coached, learning by putting in the work, and being brave and vulnerable.

Thank you Cami and her Staff, all my cohort coaches, now Colleagues, and everyone who supported me in learning what I want, what I do not want, and how I want to live my life.
