Using Coaching to Change the Game!

Have you ever wondered, “What is coaching anyway!?” We hear this word a lot, but what IS it?

all four sessions will be held via

Where do you want to up your game?

With your family? In your communication? On your career path?
This workshop will give you an experience of coaching that will take your communication and your relationships to the next level.
Join us and you will walk away with:
Workshop #1: Curiosity and Worldview

In this Game Changer, not only will you learn what it means to be a coach, you will also learn a specific skill that coaches use: appreciation of WorldView.

One of the most important aspects of being a coach is curiosity. Curiosity requires that you appreciate the vast differences between people’s WorldViews.

The other most important aspect of being a coach is listening. In this workshop you will learn how the concept of WorldView often gets in the way of, and hinders, the ability to listen with true curiosity.

Workshop #2: Deep and Reflective Listening

In this Game Changer, not only will you learn what it means to be a coach, you will also learn a specific skill that coaches use: Deep and Reflective Listening

The ability to listen closely and also to reflect back not only what people say, but what is under the words is what makes coaching so powerful.

Listening is the focus of this Game Changer!

Workshop #3: Accountability

In this Game Changer, not only will you learn what it means to be a coach, you will also learn a specific skill that coaches use: Accountability!

One premise coaches live by is BE YOUR WORD. This does not require perfection, but does require ownership. We will work with you in this zoom call on what it takes to recognize your own agency, and how much control you actually have over your outcomes. We will offer specific concepts and a formula to help you see how empowering it is to acknowledge mistakes and unkept agreements (to others AND yourself) and to learn from them.

This is a life-changing concept, whether you are a coach or not.

Workshop #4: Getting What You Say You Want

In this Game Changer, not only will you learn what it means to be a coach, you will also learn a specific skill that coaches use: Purpose and Outcome.

This is a simple tool that is profoundly powerful in:

“What worked well for me was having someone hear me – really hear me – and reflect back my words or make insightful observations in a non-judgmental way. This was incredibly helpful in getting me to see what was getting in the way of me reaching my goals and enabled me to make effective changes. [This]…helped me to convert destructive behaviors and thought patterns into beneficial ones.

The result is a more centered me, my learning how I can change my life in positive ways, and how I can bring into my life what I want. I feel empowered and capable, and have attained my long held goals.”
