Is Coach Training Right for You? Read our New Guide for Potential Coaches!

What We Did at Weekend 10 of Transformative Coaching Essentials (TCE)

Also known as: Demo Day!

Weekend 10 of Transformative Coaching Essentials is always a milestone—and not just because we’re nearing the end of our journey together. This weekend is affectionately called Demo Day, and it’s one of the most powerful parts of the entire program.

Why? Because this is when our student coaches step into the spotlight and do the real thing: they each lead a live coaching session with an external client, right in front of the group.

It’s a big moment. And it was beautiful.

Each student coach brought their full presence and skill to the work. The clients brought real situations, not a role play. The room held a respectful, attentive silence—and then, coaching magic happened and we got to see the art of coaching unfold in real time, shaped by each coach’s unique voice, style, and growing confidence.

And after each session, we paused. The client shareds what they received. The student reflects. Then the group offered thoughtful feedback—always rooted in curiosity and care.

Demo Day isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real. It’s about meeting someone in a space of trust and transformation—and letting your training and intuition guide you.

But Demo Day isn’t just moving—it’s also fun.

We played games. We celebrated how far everyone has come, not just as coaches, but as humans. Weekend 10 holds a spirit of lightness and love, of learning, letting go of pressure and letting in presence.

For many, this weekend marks a turning point. It’s the moment when coaching stops being something you’re learning, and starts becoming something you are. The confidence starts to settle in. The pieces click. The fear gives way to flow.

By the end of the weekend, the room felt different—fuller, wiser, more connected. There was pride. There was awe. And there was an unmistakable sense of we did something big here.

Weekend 10 is a celebration. Of skill. Of courage. Of the human spirit. And of a community that learns and grows, together.
