Your Quote of the Week

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” –Helen Keller

We are a culture of DIYers.  We like Do It Yourself fixes.  We value independence and hard work and going it alone.  And yet, there is a cap on what we can accomplish alone.  I don’t care how powerful you are, you can only go so far by yourself.  You will top out.  But on a team that is all pointed in the same direction, the sky is truly the limit.

Who is on your team?  Who is in your village?  Who is on your side?  Who has your back?

Reach out and ask for what you need – that thing that will propel you forward, or support you, or make you more successful or just make you feel better.

And if you can find a team – at work or in your personal life – and if you can find a common purpose, a common drive for your team, you point yourselves in the same direction and then watch out.  You will be amazed.

So stop going it alone.  Find your tribe.  Find your flock canadian geese(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rOg4WfNDfM).  Find your people.  The results are not multiplied; they are exponential.

As always, don’t believe me – try it.
