We all have choice. This is the premise of coaching. We have choice – always. We do not always SEE that we have choice. Sometimes because we feel powerless, ineffective. Sometime we cannot figure out which is the best choice to make. Sometimes, maybe, we are just fed up with the choices we see. Power, though, is in the choosing.
