Professional Coaches Group

Reach the Next Level!

Purpose

Supporting coaches in reaching the next level, both in competency and in creation of their vision. Collaboration and teamwork and sustaining a community of professional coaches.

Outcomes

  • Moving toward and achieving those things each coach lists on their plan
  • A community of coaches all moving toward the same and similar outcomes
  • Understanding, and experience, of how a group works
  • A higher skill set in coaching, particularly in a group

Pre-Requisites to Joining

To qualify as a “professional coach,” you must be either certified by our program (though we will consider coaches from other programs on a case-by-case basis) or working toward certification; i.e., you have graduated and are working on your hours.

Process

  • Weekly 1.5 hour zoom group meetings facilitated by Cami
  • Creation of a unique Coaching Plan that outlines where you want to be in 3 months
  • Collaboration with others toward outcomes in their Coaching Plans
  • Weekly discussion and learning from topics that support your movement toward outcomes in your Coaching Plans
  • Weekly declarations in the meeting and discussion, learning from, receiving and providing accountability on, the actions you declare so you create the business you desire

Cost: $350/month

  • Normal cost of group coaching is typically $600/month. Our intention is to make this affordable to new coaches.
