Is Coach Training Right for You? Read our New Guide for Potential Coaches!

Meet Our Core Faculty Team for Transformative Coaching Essentials 2026

Every year, Transformative Coaching Essentials brings together an extraordinary group of people—coaches, faculty, and students alike. While we welcome 12–15 guest staff coaches throughout the year, the Core Faculty Team is the heart of the program. These dedicated and skillful coaches are with you from the very beginning (often even before you arrive!) and walk with you all the way through graduation.

This work is powerful, meaningful, and deeply impactful. Our faculty are not just instructors—they are partners in your journey. Each one is committed to ensuring that every student coach feels supported, challenged, and seen as they grow into their own unique coaching identity.

And next month, we’ll be announcing a special addition: a guest staff of 12 MORE professional coaches who will bring even more depth and richness to the program.

We believe that transformation happens best in community. That’s why our faculty team brings a variety of professional backgrounds, personalities, life experiences, and coaching styles.

When you learn in an environment shaped by people who bring different talents, perspectives, and ways of being, you expand your own capacity. You’re exposed to new ways of thinking, new ways of listening, and new ways of coaching. That variety is what makes TCE such a powerful training ground.

Whether it’s organizational leadership, education, accounting, mental health, engineering, or nonprofit work—our coaches bring it all into the room. This means that as a student, you’ll experience how coaching weaves into every corner of life, and you’ll find models that resonate with you no matter your background or goals.

Looking Ahead

We are so proud to introduce this team and grateful for their commitment. Each faculty coach brings their own unique brilliance, and together, they create the kind of learning environment where transformation thrives.

And remember—this is just the beginning. Next month we’ll reveal the guest staff of 12 professional coaches who will join us in 2026, adding even more richness and diversity to the experience.

Stay tuned. The journey is just beginning.
