Inside a Coaching Conversation: Outcomes, Accountability, and Coaching vs Therapy

I had the opportunity to sit down with the amazing Nicole Radoumis and talk about all
things coaching.

Nicole went through our coach training program and was certified as a Professional
Coach in 2020. She asked me some great thought-provoking questions about coaching
and even allowed an impromptu coaching session with me!

I love the way she describes it: “This conversation is an invitation to stop white-
knuckling life’s transitions alone and instead be supported as you navigate the often
rocky road—emerging stronger, clearer, and more aligned on the other side.”
