Hello and Happy end of 2015!

Today I am offering you an exercise that will start you off with goal-setting for 2016. Below is a link to a visualization process that will allow you to see where you want to go this next year. You may want to do it once or twice or more. The recording is 22 minutes long and the visualization begins around 4 minutes. Take the time to do this. It will help you to see the year ahead more clearly. My word for 2016 with be POSSIBILITIES.  What is yours?  Happy New Year from McLaren Coaching.
