What have you learned about rapport?

Share your thoughts here – now you have the information, what have you been noticing about rapport-building.  How do you do it?  What causes rapport to be broken & how do you know?  You know how sometimes married couples dress alike?  Have you ever seen this?  Especially couples who have been married 30 or 40 years.  This is evidence of their level of rapport.  They have been together so long that they start to even look alike.  What do you think this means?
